NIBA is the principal association of Brokers in Australia. Membership is not easily granted and is based upon experience and qualifications and entails on-going self-education. NIBA’s Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) member designation is the gold standard in broking. All of our major brokers are Qualified Practising Insurance Brokers and this gives you security knowing that you are dealing with a fully competent and trained professional providing expert advice on insurance and risk matters.
CQIB – The Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers represents over 60 Queensland firms. The CQIB charter is to maintain the level of professionalism of its members by the sharing of knowledge, information and ideas.

Australian Financial Complaints Authority
As a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, we provide you with a free service if you have a dispute which cannot be resolved with us, your broker.
