For most people, insurance is a necessary purchase. We know we need it to protect our home, our car, our business and our financial security should the unexpected occur. However, it is not until disaster strikes or a loss occurs that we get to put the insurance policy, and the insurance company, to the test.
If you need to lodge a claim, we will be there with you every step of the way from lodgement to settlement. In most cases, a phone call is all that is required. We will lodge the claim for you and liaise with the insurance company on your behalf. For more complex claims, we will guide you through the process.
In most instances, the claims process is relatively smooth and painless for you, the customer. Should issues arise, we have the knowledge and expertise to deal with insurance companies, assessors and other service providers on your behalf. We will ensure that your claim is handled in a timely manner and you receive full and fair settlement of your loss under the terms of your policy.
Occasionally, disputes may occur and we will act on your behalf through the dispute resolution process. We are experienced in dealing with the various insurance companies’ Internal Dispute Resolution procedures and will always endeavour to obtain a satisfactory outcome for you, our customer. It is our goal to ensure your claim is resolved to your satisfaction. We will leave no stone unturned and, if you are still not satisfied with the outcome of your claim, we can also assist with referring matters to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.
